GENERAL INFORMATION

Fastening of the generator on 4-cylinder engines

1. Lock bolt
2. Axial bolt

Fastening of the generator on the V6 engine

1. Adjusting bolt

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Disconnect sockets from the generator.
3. Weaken adjusting (In) and lock (And) bolts of the generator.
4. Turn out adjusting and lock bolts.
5. Turn out an axial bolt on the engine of 2,7 l.
6. Remove the generator and an arm from the engine.
7. If you decided to replace the generator, then keep in mind that the new generator has to correspond in accuracy to replaced. On many new generators there are no pulleys therefore it is necessary to rearrange a pulley from the replaced unit.
8. The generator is installed upside-down.
