 | 1. Check the diaphragm course, having pressed a finger. The diaphragm has to enter completely the valve case under small effort. |  
 | 2. If there are doubts, then compare the course of a diaphragm of old and new valves. |  
 | 3. If resistance to movement of a diaphragm is felt, then replace the valve. |  |
