The switch is intended for blocking of launch of the engine if the pedal of coupling is not squeezed out.

|
The blocking coupling switch (it is specified by an arrow) is mounted on an arm in the top part of a pedal, fastens 2 nuts which regulate its situation concerning a pedal. |
Check, adjustment and replacement
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Make sure that the engine is started only at the squeezed-out pedal. |
| 2. Otherwise the switch is faulty. Check presence of tension on the switch. |
| 3. If tension is, then check connection with the mass of the second conclusion of the switch at the released pedal. |
| 4. If the chain of the switch is faulty, then eliminate malfunction and again check the switch. |

5. If the chain is serviceable, then check short circuit of contacts of the switch. At the pressed pusher contacts have to become isolated, at the released pusher contacts are disconnected. Otherwise replace the switch. |
|
START UNBLOCKING SWITCH
This switch provides start of the engine without pressing a coupling pedal that can be necessary in the complicated traffic conditions (for example uphill). The button of the switch is on the left side on the forward panel, the canceling switch is a part of blocking coupling switch.
Check, adjustment and replacement

1. Transfer the button to situation Off and a prisoyediyenita (+) – an ohmmeter conclusion to a conclusion 2 switches, and (-) – an ohmmeter conclusion – to a conclusion 1. Between these conclusions the ohmmeter has to show a gap. |
| 2. In the same position of the button to a prisoyediyenita (+) – an ohmmeter conclusion to a conclusion 3 switches, and (-) – an ohmmeter conclusion – to a conclusion 1. Between these conclusions the ohmmeter has to show a gap. The chain also should not be between conclusions 2 and 3. |

3. Give food + 12B on a conclusion 3, and (-) attach batteries to a conclusion 1 (+) – a conclusion of an ohmmeter attach to a conclusion 2 switches, and (-) – an ohmmeter conclusion – to a conclusion 1. At the pressed button between these conclusions the ohmmeter has to show a chain (in the provision On). |
| 4. When the switch is in the family way Off between these conclusions the gap has to be. |
| 5. Disconnect the battery and transfer the switch to situation On. Between conclusions the 1 and 2 ohmmeter has to show a gap. |
| 6. If results of checks differ from described above, then replace the switch. |
| 7. For adjustment release a lock-nut and rotate the switch to a pusher vystupaniye on 7,5–8,3 mm concerning a lock-nut. |
| 8. For replacement remove the lower facing, disconnect the socket, turn off a lock-nut and remove the switch. Installation is carried out upside-down. |
