7.2.6. Coupling hydraulic actuator

Removal of air

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Pumping of system will be required every time after carrying out dismantling and assembly of the highway of a hydraulic actuator of coupling.
2. Fill a tank with fresh brake fluid (use of the fulfilled liquid is forbidden).
3. Lift the car.
4. Remove a cap, dress a hose on the cylinder union. Lower other end a hose in the capacity filled with brake fluid of 5 cm.
5. Ask the assistant to press a coupling pedal to the full and unscrew the pumping union on 1/2 turns. Tighten the union at the end of the pedal course according to the assistant. Ask the assistant to release a pedal slowly.
6. Repeat the procedure until the hose does not cease to leave vials of air. Constantly you watch level – the tank has to be completely filled with liquid.
7. At the pressed pedal tighten the union, dress a cap and lower the car. Restore liquid level in a tank.
