Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge oil and cooling liquid.
3. Lift a car front.
4. Remove the lower guards.
5. Remove a broad tank of a radiator.
6. Turn out candles and take off all belts of the drive.
7. Отрвернув bolts (are specified by shooters), remove the compressor of the conditioner and take aside, without disconnecting from the highway.
8. Shoot the generator, a video of a natyazhitel and an arm (bolts of the lower arm are specified by shooters).
9. Remove the drive a cruise control (if it is provided).
10. Disconnect the lower hose of a radiator and remove the pump of cooling liquid.
11. Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT.
12. Remove a head of cylinders.
13. Remove the pallet.
14. Record a crankshaft pulley to turn off a bolt.
15. Turn off a bolt and remove a crankshaft pulley.
16. Turn off bolts (shooters) and nuts of a cover of a chain.
17. Carefully uncover.
18. Remove a chain and an asterisk.
19. Remove uspokoitel and details of a natyazhitel.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of a chain and uspokoitel. Replace worn-out details. In case of strong wear of uspokoitel remove and clear the pallet and an oil receiver.
2. Check work of a plunger. The plunger has to move freely at the taken-away clamp.
3. Check work of a clamp of a natyazhitel. The clamp has to hold a plunger reliably.
4. Check purity of a jet of an oil nozzle.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear a forward part of the engine, a chain and a cover, establish a nozzle. The nozzle has to be turned towards a chain.
2. Put on a chain a cam-shaft asterisk, having combined links with distinctive tags on the leader and conducted asterisks. Press out a chain, having tied up a strong tape.
3. Combine a link with a distinctive tag (it is specified by an arrow) with a groove under a crankshaft spline (it is specified by an arrow) and put on the leading asterisk.
4. Apply the sealant roller on a cover, be convinced available all laying and establish a cover (within no more than 5 min. after drawing), having entered the roller of the leading rotor of the oil pump into gearing with the leading gear wheel of the crankshaft.
5. Wrap bolts and tighten with the set moment (see subsection 3.1.1). The bolts of fastening of a cover of a chain differing in the sizes are specified rice. Designation of the chain cover bolts differing in the sizes. Remove a chain binding.
6. Establish other details upside-down. Be convinced of correctness of installation of a cover, fill the cooling system with liquid, fill in oil. Start the engine, be convinced of lack of a leak. Determine the moment of ignition and carry out test of road performance of the car.
