Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Put the car on the emergency brake and block back wheels.
3. Lift a car front.
4. Remove mud guards of the engine.
5. Merge oil and remove an oil filter. Remove an oil indicator.
6. Remove the stabilizer of cross stability.
7. Remove exhaust pipes.
	8. Remove a cross-piece, having turned off bolts (are specified by shooters).
9. Remove a conditioner compressor arm
10. Remove the generator and an arm.
11. Remove the sensor of rotation of the crankshaft.
	12. Remove the left and right intensifying plates, having turned off bolts (are specified by shooters).
	13. Turn off bolts of fastening of a case of transmission (are specified by shooters).
14. Turn off pallet bolts.
	15. Incline and remove the oil pallet.
	16. Remove an oil receiver, having turned off bolts (are specified by shooters).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the consolidation remains from the demountable planes of the block of cylinders and the pallet. Wash out the condensed planes solvent.
2. Be convinced of purity of carving openings in the block of cylinders.
3. Check existence on the demountable plane of the pallet of deformations, especially about openings under bolts. If necessary align the plane the hammer.
4. Check a condition of an oil receiver, existence on it of cracks and a contamination of the filter of rough cleaning.
	5. At assembly establish new laying of an oil receiver.
6. Apply the roller of sealant with a diameter about 3 mm on the condensed pallet plane, leading round openings from the inside.
Prevention The detail has to be established no later than 5 minutes after putting sealant.
7. Carefully install the pallet and wrap bolts. In three-four receptions tighten pallet bolts with the set moment, beginning an inhaling in the central part.
8. Further assembly are carried out upside-down. Fill in oil in the engine and replace the filter. Replace laying of an exhaust pipe of the muffler.
9. Start the engine and be convinced of lack of leaks.
