Details of a rack of a forward suspension bracket

Prevention

Keep in mind that the procedure of removal of springs extremely dangerous. For compression of springs use the regular checked adaptation.


When replacing springs or shock-absorbers separately consider that the cost of separate details is only not much lower than racks assembled.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a front of the car and remove forward wheels.
2. Turn off a nut (it is specified by an arrow) and a bolt of fastening are resistant to the lower lever.
3. Turn off three nuts of fastening of a rack to a frame arm (are specified by shooters).

Prevention

Not to turn off the central nut.


4. Remove a rack.
5. Check a condition of shock-absorbers, existence of dents, cracks and traces of a leak.
6. Check a condition of rounds of springs and durability of basic cups.
7. At detection of damages replace shock-absorbers and springs.
8. Establish a new rack upside-down.
9. Clamp the lower part of a rack in a vice through laying.
10. Squeeze a spring by means of adaptation so that to release the top plate.
11. Turn out a rod nut, a key holding a rod from a provorachivaniye.
12. Remove a plate, a pillow and the top cup.
13. Remove the compressed spring and put in the safe place.
14. Remove the lower plate and a pillow.
15. Check a condition of pillows and plates, replace the damaged details with cracks and deformations.
16. Assembly and installation are carried out upside-down.
