Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Prevention

On the cars equipped with a safety cushion rotation of a wheel after removal of the mechanism it is not allowed in order to avoid damage of a pillow. Record a wheel, having dressed on it a seat belt and having fixed by a buckle.


1. Expose a wheel in the provision of driving on a straight line, lift a car front.
2. Disconnect tips of drafts from fists.
3. Turn off 10 bolts and remove the lower guard of the engine.
4. Remove the stabilizer.
5. Designate the provision of an intermediate shaft and turn off a coupling bolt of the shlitsevy coupling of the cardan hinge (shooters specified bolts of the coupling of the hinge and union of tubes).
6. Disconnect from the steering mechanism of a tube of the hydraulic booster.
7. Turn off a nut and a bolt on the right side of the mechanism, a nut and a through bolt from other party (shooters specified nuts and bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism to a frame).
8. Remove the steering mechanism.
9. If the wheel shaft incidentally turned, then remove a wheel and center the safety cushion wire coil.
10. Further assembly is carried out upside-down.
11. Tighten bolts and nuts with the set moment and remove air from the hydraulic booster.
