| 1. Release nuts of wheels, lift a back part of the car. Remove back wheels. |

2. Remove a drum. If the drum does not give in to removal, then fill in the getting liquid between hairpins of a flange of a half shaft and openings of a drum and tap a drum from the inside on a contour. As a last resort displace a drum, evenly wrapping bolts in special carving openings. |

3. If interfere with removal blocks, then get a cap from a board of a brake and reduce blocks. For this purpose take away the lever of the regulator from a cogwheel and rotate a regulator cogwheel the screw-driver counterclockwise.

4. Clear a brake of dust and dirt. Carry out check and replacement of blocks according to the enclosed pictures. |
|
5. Disconnect a spring from a forward block. |
|
6. Remove a clamping spring of a forward block having pressed a cup and having turned on 90 °. |
|
7. Remove the lower spring. |
|
8. Remove a clamping spring of a back block. |
|
9. Disconnect a regulator lever spring. |
|
10. Disconnect a small cable of a crank. |
|
11. Remove the regulator. |
|
12. Get a cutting lock washer of an axis of the lever of the regulator from a back block. |
|
13. Get a cutting washer from an axis of the lever of the emergency brake. |
|
14. Beat out an axis from an old block and press in new (if the axis is absent). |
|
15. Having installed the lever on an axis of a new block, squeeze a cutting washer. |
|
16. Install the lever of the regulator and fix by a new cutting washer. Establish a spring. |
|
17. Grease the rubbing block surface with refractory lubricant. Clear and grease a mobile part of an adjusting hairpin. |
|
18. Disconnect the regulator and a spring. |
|
19. Install the assembled lever on a board of a brake and fix, having established a pin, a spring, a basic washer and a cup. |
|
20. Attach the lower spring. |
|
21. Establish a block, having entered it into gearing with the regulator. |
|
22. Dress a coupling spring on other block. |
|
23. Fix a block by a clamping spring. |
|
24. Clear a drum and check a condition of a surface. Check ovality of a drum, at strong damages pierce a drum. If after a pro-point diameter appears more limit, replace a drum. |
| 25. Perform these operations for a brake of other wheel. |
|
26. Adjust a crank of the emergency brake (1 – a spring, 2 – the forelock, 3 – an axis). For this purpose disconnect a cable. Displace a crank in the direction A against the stop in a block (a gap In = 0). |
|
27. Release a lock-nut and rotating a bolt, establish S. Zatyanite's gap a lock-nut. Attach a spring and a cable. Execute adjustment for other wheel. |
| 28. Be convinced. that the hairpin of the regulator rotates, moving the lever of the emergency brake in salon. |
| 29. Install reels. Press several times a brake pedal. Then part blocks before contact with a drum, rotating the screw-driver a regulator cogwheel through an opening in a brake board. Take away a little blocks that the drum could be rotated freely. Establish a cap. |
| 30. Further assembly is carried out upside-down. Check the provision of a pedal. If the pedal is too close to a floor, then moving a backing press several times a brake pedal to adjust a gap between blocks and drums by means of the automatic regulator (works only at the movement by a backing). |
