GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Blocks change only in a set on one axis. When cleaning blocks to delete dust and dirt with wiping by the rags moistened in alcohol or special liquid it is forbidden to blow.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release nuts of wheels, lift the car and establish on supports. Remove wheels.
2. Remove with the syringe about 2/3 liquids from a tank (to exclude transfusion at cultivation of blocks). Clear a support and adjacent details.
3. At removal of blocks be guided by the enclosed photos. Remove each block separately.
	4. Clear details of a torioz.
	5. Get the lower finger of a block.
	6. Remove a spring of blocks.
	7. Get the top finger and remove an external block.
	8. Drown pistons of the external cylinder.
	9. Grease with antinoise structure a block basis.
	10. Establish antinoise slips.
	11. Grease slips with antinoise structure, establish a block, repeat all actions for an internal block and collect a brake upside-down.
12. When dismantling check a condition of covers of cylinders, a support and a disk, check existence of traces of a leak of liquid. In the presence of damages or a leak replace a support. If necessary remove a disk and a proshlifuyta.
13. After assembly fill a tank and press several times a brake pedal.
