In case of refusal at start-up cylinders of the engine can be overflowed with gasoline because of repetition of unsuccessful attempts of start-up.
On engines 4E-FE, 4A-FE, 7A-FE
Turn the ignition key in situation START and press a pedal of a butterfly valve. Hold a key and a pedal no more than 15 sec. then release. Then take away a leg from a pedal and repeat start.
On model 2E engines
Press a pedal of a butterfly valve and hold 15–20 sec. Then try to start the engine, without taking away a leg from a pedal. It is not allowed to press a pedal, she should be kept only at a floor.
If the engine is not started after 15 sec. of work of a starter, then switch off a starter, wait several minutes then repeat attempt.
In case of refusal start of engines of models 4E-FE, 4A-FE and 7A-FE repair or adjustment is required.
In case of refusal launch of the 2E engine perform the procedure described above and test the following.

| 1. Turn out candles and dry electrodes. |
| 2. Turn the ignition key in situation START and press a pedal of a butterfly valve. Hold a key and a pedal no more than 15 sec. then release. |
| 3. Wrap spark plugs. |
| 4. Having taken away a leg from a pedal, try to start the engine. |
| 5. If the engine is not started, then adjustment or repair is necessary. |
