Removal and installation


Prevention

Works are performed together.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Open a cowl and close rags wings and a lattice of an air inlet.
2. Disconnect windscreen washer hoses.
3. Outline contours of loops of a cowl.
4. Enclose rags under cowl corners, ask the assistant to hold a cowl on the one hand, turn off bolts of loops and remove a cowl.
5. Installation is carried out upside-down.

Adjustment

After installation it is necessary to adjust the provision of a latch so that the cowl was densely closed, and the surface of a cowl was aflush with wings.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Outline cowl clamp latch bolts.
2. Release bolts and move a clamp to the necessary situation then tighten bolts.
3. Turning out or turning, adjust cowl buffers on a radiator rack so that the closed cowl was aflush with wings.
4. The latch and loops of a cowl should be greased periodically litoly.
