Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the index does not register temperature, then check safety locks.
2. If the sensor shows a condition of "Hot" ("hot") right after launch of the cold engine, then disconnect a wire from the sensor. If the indication falls, then replace the sensor. If the indication remains overestimated, then can be the reasons short circuit on the mass of a wire of the sensor, or malfunction of the index.
3. If the sensor ceases to show temperature after full warming up of the engine (about 10 minutes later after start-up), and safety locks are serviceable, then arrive as follows. Stop the engine, disconnect a wire from the sensor and a piece of a wire close a sensor wire on well cleared site of the engine. Include for a short time ignition but do not start the engine. If the index shows "Hot" now, then replace the sensor.
4. If indications of the sensor are absent, then the break in a chain (see subsection 11.18), or malfunction of the index can be the cause.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the sensor.
2. Screw the sensor and turn new, reliably tighten. Attach a wire.
3. Believe liquid level.
