6.3.4.2. Aktyuator

Check and replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car.
2. Disconnect the socket from an aktyuator.
3. Check resistance between conclusions 2 and 3 sockets.
4. Check resistance between conclusions 2, 3 and weight.
5. If resistance differ from norm. an aktyuator replace that.
6. Check work of an aktyuator, having powered from the battery the corresponding conclusions via the heater relay according to the scheme. When giving tension via the relay on a conclusion the 5th fork of an aktyuator has to be involved (the scheme at the left) (the forward bridge is switched off), and when giving tension a conclusion the 3rd fork has to move forward (the forward bridge joins) (the scheme on the right).
7. For check of an aktyuator the main relay of a heater, or similar is used.
8. If the aktyuator does not work as it is stated above, then replace an aktyuator.

9. Connect (+) batteries to a conclusion 2, and (-) batteries with a conclusion 3. (+) connect a conclusion of an ohmmeter to a conclusion 5, and (-) an ohmmeter conclusion – with a conclusion 4. The ohmmeter has to show a chain between conclusions 4 and 5.
10. Connect (+) batteries to a conclusion 3, and (-) batteries with a conclusion 2. (+) connect a conclusion of an ohmmeter to a conclusion 6, and (-) an ohmmeter conclusion – with a conclusion 4. The ohmmeter has to show a chain between conclusions 4 and 6.
11. If the switch does not work as it is stated above, then replace an aktyuator.
